In case, no one has told you by now– but avocados are good for you. Rich in omega 3 acids – the good kind of fat – plus a bunch of essential vitamins and minerals, avocados lower blood cholesterol levels, and reduce the risk of heart disease. But the best thing about them is still the taste! Smooth, flavorsome – there is nothing as delicious as avocado slices, with a dash of salt, black pepper and drizzle of lemon juice, on top of your morning toast!
